No. We do not accept commissions or kickbacks. All vendor recommendations are based solely on quality, experience, and fit for your event.
Do you plan events outside of weddings?
Yes. We also plan social and corporate events including galas, milestone celebrations, retreats, and private gatherings.
Do you work with clients remotely?
Yes. Many of our clients plan their events remotely. Our systems and communication process are designed to support seamless planning from anywhere.
How do we get started?
The process begins with an initial consultation to understand your needs. Afterward, a customized proposal is created based on your event and priorities.

Wedding Management is designed for couples who have planned most of their wedding but want professional support to organize, refine, and execute everything smoothly.
When does Wedding Management begin?
Our Wedding Management services begin earlier than most, allowing time to fully understand your plans, vendors, and logistics.
Do you offer full service wedding planning?
Yes. Full service planning includes vendor sourcing, design guidance, budgeting, timelines, logistics, and full event execution.
Will Rima be present on the wedding day?
Yes. On the day of your wedding, you will work directly with Rima. You are never handed off to someone you have not met.
How many team members will be present during our wedding?
We are always fully staffed. Each couple has dedicated team members throughout the wedding weekend.
Can our families be involved in the planning process?
Yes. We welcome family involvement and help manage communication so the process remains organized and aligned with your vision.
Do you help with vendor communication?
